Job Summary:

The Service Delivery Expert will support the operational business needs by communicating with and addressing all customer needs and inquiries as well as partnering with field employees and management and completing all applicable administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with field employees and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data entry.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a minimum of 20% of daily duties assisting customers over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completed college coursework in a related field.

Physical Requirements:
