POSITION SUMMARY:

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will deliver comprehensive recruitment services for all open roles within the organization. This includes managing the recruitment lifecycle from initial inquiries to job offers and rejections.

You will collaborate closely with leadership, including directors and managers, to foster strong relationships and address both current and future recruitment needs. Your role will also involve supporting internal mobility and providing career guidance to both current employees and prospective candidates.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES:
Preferred certifications include PHR or SPHR.

SKILLS:
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities and strong communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with electronic applicant tracking systems.

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of two years of experience in a recruitment role is required.

SUPERVISION:
Reports directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
- Work is conducted in a clean, well-lit, and smoke-free office environment. You may encounter stressful professional interactions and will need to adapt to varying work hours due to unexpected changes and emergencies. Some travel may be required for events such as career fairs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to travel and navigate the hospital environment. The role may involve prolonged periods of sitting and requires the capability to lift up to 20 lbs. Effective verbal communication and listening skills are essential, along with the ability to produce and convey written materials clearly. Adherence to ergonomic principles is expected.
