About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our US Field Service team at TPI Composites. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our associates, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Processing and Administration: Complete requested HR processing tasks within our HR information system, including maintaining all associate records and files.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Support the recruitment/hiring processes by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assisting with the selection of candidates to fill vacant positions.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing offer letters and coordinating/ tracking pre-employment processes.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files, while ensuring effective recording, maintaining, and reporting human resource information in a confidential manner.
  • Associate Engagement: Support new hire orientation, including provisioning, assisting with supplies as appropriate, and supporting department personnel as needed.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, including completing miscellaneous research, reports, and memos as requested.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree in a relevant field, as well as two years of human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Language Skills: English/Spanish bilingual proficiency highly preferred.
  • Certifications and Training: HRCI or SHRM certification preferred, with experience working with HR databases and HRIS systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personal Qualities: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
