Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in planning, directing, and coordinating administrative services for the business unit. This position reports directly to the VP/GM and is responsible for ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct or coordinate supportive services of the business unit
  • Prepare and review operational reports
  • Acquire, distribute, and store supplies, and manage vendor relations
  • Maintain employee HR files and health & welfare data
  • Administer employment processes, including benefits, onboarding, leave benefits, and payroll management
  • Assist management with effective and consistent performance management
  • Liaise with Sr. Leadership, Corporate staff, and plan, forecast, administer, and control budgets

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, plus 3-5 years in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Office Management
  • Interpersonal savvy, with the ability to relate well with all people
  • Builds rapport and effective relations, using diplomacy and tact, with confidentiality being crucial
  • Approachability, being easy to approach and talk to, with good listening skills
  • Action Oriented, with a strong work ethic and ability to prioritize and plan work activities
  • Problem solving & decision making, using logic and methods to solve difficult problems
  • Developing self & others, with confidence and assertiveness when providing coaching, guidance, or direction
