Your responsibilities will include listing and selling residential or commercial real estate, negotiating purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers, hosting open houses and other events, and preparing market analysis to help determine property value. You will also educate clients on basic real estate procedures and verify and disclose property facts to clients. To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields, as well as familiarity with real estate contracts and leases. Strong negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients are also essential.
