Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Avison Young. This role will provide administrative support to our brokers and clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration: Prepare and maintain legal documents, property listings, and client records, while coordinating deal processing and scheduling meetings.
  • Marketing: Assist with the preparation and assembly of marketing materials, including brochures, email communications, and signage.
  • Research: Conduct market research and update CRM databases with current market and client information.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of real estate experience
  • CA Salesperson License
  • Advanced knowledge of business software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
