We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our restaurant group at Napa on Providence. As a key member of our culinary team, you will assist the Executive Chef in all culinary operations and oversee the kitchen team to ensure consistency and quality. You will uphold a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness, ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed. Your responsibilities will include contributing to menu development, emphasizing creativity while adhering to the restaurant's vision and seasonal offerings. You will also train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence. Additionally, you will work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience. You will maintain inventory, control food costs, and manage kitchen schedules.
