Strategic Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Cadence Design Systems is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and driving business strategy that leads to adoption and growth of our products at targeted focal accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer adoption
• Lead pre/post-sales campaigns and manage software adoption
• Forecast, quote, negotiate, close, and book sales in the territory
• Foster and grow customer relationships rapidly throughout all levels of the customer organization
Requirements
• BSEE with 10+ years of successful, relevant sales experience
• History of closing multi-million dollar contracts and track record of exceeding quota
• Ability to think strategically and plan campaigns that are impactful in the client relationship
