Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Receiving Specialist at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of products from our suppliers to the store. Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you oversee the receipt of all merchandise.

- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming products for temperature (if perishable), discrepancies, and damages.
- Utilize basic math skills and organizational abilities to effectively manage backroom inventory.
- Handle all documentation and tasks related to receiving duties independently while maintaining clear communication with the store team and external vendors.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Product Receiving Specialist position, candidates should:

- Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate reliability and dependability, with the flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and store leadership, while also managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Be capable of receiving all products for the store, ensuring quality through inspections for temperature, discrepancies, damages, and overall condition.
- Communicate knowledgeably with service vendors and understand retail receiving protocols, alongside basic math operations and computer literacy.

This role requires the physical ability to move and transfer products weighing up to 60 lbs. over distances of up to 30 feet for extended periods. Additionally, proficiency in using a pallet jack to transfer heavier products is necessary.
