Job Overview:

At Sprouts Farmers Market, the Schematic Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the precision and reliability of the Non-Perishable Schematic within their designated store.

This position is responsible for executing weekly resets and speed-to-shelf tasks, adhering to all company schematic protocols. The Schematic Specialist must demonstrate efficiency and accuracy to uphold merchandising standards across our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

The Schematic Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for schematics at the store, providing essential updates to the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Scan Coordinator, and Department Managers regarding any reset modifications.

Accountable for the planning, coordination, and implementation of store resets and initiatives for the Non-Perishable Departments (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins)

Fosters a vibrant selling culture and enhances customer satisfaction by ensuring product categories are organized according to schematics for their storeCollaborates with the Scan Coordinators, Department Manager, and Assistant Store Manager to guarantee schematic adherence and proper placement of new items for saleCompletes weekly Reset/STS tasks as directed by the Support OfficeEnsures schematics are executed in alignment with internal policies and proceduresSecures approval from the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Managers to confirm the accuracy and completion of workProvides prompt feedback to the Support Office Schematic Department regarding any issues or inconsistencies Qualifications:

To qualify as a Schematic Specialist at Sprouts Farmers Market, candidates must:Be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have 1-3 months of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Exhibit strong analytical and organizational abilities to assess the overall reset program and maintain necessary reports and schedules.

Demonstrate excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Display a friendly demeanor with a positive attitude, capable of engaging with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

Be available to work flexible hours/days as business needs dictate.
Must be able to interpret schematics and price tags, as well as accurately hang price tags and signage.

Good vision is essential for reading and setting schematics Ability to staple, scan, and utilize a computer to activate new schematics.

Additionally, must be able to use a step ladder.

Capable of lifting and transferring boxes weighing up to 17 lbs., from 1" to 34", across a distance of 8 feet for up to 1 hour.

Walking up to 4 miles during an 8-hour shift is expected.

Must be able to perform repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting to access points 6 inches from the ground for up to 50 hours will be necessary.
