Job Summary:

CHEP is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in a busy warehouse environment. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for sorting pallets by hand for grading as they flow from the loading dock, production line, and throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort pallets by hand for grading, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve high productivity and quality standards
  • Remove debris and trash from pallets, and may leverage hand tools to remove nails or other obstacles
  • Operate in a fast-paced industrial environment with industrial equipment
  • Meet daily production targets and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move pallets weighing up to 78lbs, and stand for long periods of time
  • Comfortable working independently in a team environment
  • Familiarity with working in an industrial environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.75
  • Flexible shift hours, including 3rd shift Sunday to Thursday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Weekly pay with direct deposit options
  • Full benefits available after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
