About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team at WorkSmart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the managed IT services sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through thorough needs analysis and tailored IT solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and WorkSmart's service offerings to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of closing new business in the technology field.
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in selling managed IT services or similar technology/cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of the latest technology trends and developments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
