Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Allnex. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the composite market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in the composite market.
- Collaborate with marketing to translate product offerings into value propositions for the composite market.
- Identify and develop new business relationships with customers in the composite market.
- Explore new opportunities and develop them into profitable business ventures.
- Support global sales team to develop business opportunities and present solutions to potential customers.
- Provide technical expertise to customers and support action plans to generate results.
- Represent Allnex at trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or technical service roles.
- Previous experience in the chemicals or materials industry.
- Technical knowledge of composites, particularly gelcoats, is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related fields in Chemistry, Materials, or Chemical Engineering.
