Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a results-oriented Marketing Content Specialist who excels in crafting concise and compelling marketing copy aimed at driving consumer engagement with Core Digital Media's offerings. Your creativity and adaptability will shine as you write across various digital and social media platforms, attracting consumers interested in financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to produce persuasive ad copy that prompts action across digital and social channels.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product and Compliance.
  • Communicate the performance of copy and messaging outcomes to stakeholders and management.
  • Develop copy that consistently surpasses existing benchmarks and achieves outstanding results.
  • Analyze ad copy performance and optimize based on key metrics.
Essential Skills
  • Highly creative with a proven ability to translate user insights into engaging ad copy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in expressing a single concept in diverse ways across multiple marketing channels.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Knowledgeable about emerging AI tools to enhance copywriting efficiency.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret performance data and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or English.
  • Experience in direct response copywriting for digital and social marketing is advantageous.
  • Understanding of advertising principles, including strategy and storytelling, is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing successful direct response campaigns is preferred.
