Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
  • Conduct needs assessments, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Active North Carolina Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Minimum of two years of personal lines insurance account management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
