Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Kohl's "Smile and Say Hi" initiatives to promote customer service
  • Assist in implementing loss prevention strategy
  • Conduct associate package checks
  • Work in "Center Core" or at entrances to deter theft and provide customer service
Requirements
  • Maintain attendance according to Kohl's standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with fellow associates, supervisors, and customers
  • Maintain high ethical standards and adhere to Kohl's policies and procedures
  • Ability to participate in physical activities, including walking, lifting, and climbing on a regular basis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Prior experience in retail loss prevention, security, or law enforcement

Pay Starts At: $15.25
