Branch Collections Specialist

At OneMain Financial, we're looking for a skilled Branch Collections Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you'll play a critical role in helping customers resolve their financial obligations and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:- Work with customers to negotiate and resolve account matters, ensuring timely payments and minimizing delinquencies.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed collections targets, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous collections or customer service experience preferred.
