Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Associate Director of Foodservice Sales and will be tasked with expanding the sales of our Bakery offerings within a designated territory. This role involves nurturing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You will represent The Cheesecake Factory Bakery with professionalism and integrity, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities for TCFB products within the foodservice industry.
  • Managing existing customer accounts and developing strategic sales plans to enhance business growth.
  • Achieving or surpassing established sales targets on an annual basis.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of product offerings to effectively address client needs.
  • Engaging with customers in a professional manner to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Overseeing operational costs in alignment with company policies.
  • Representing TCFB with professionalism in all interactions.
  • Participating in regional sales events and trade shows as necessary.
  • Conducting regular reviews with customers and distributors to assess progress and refine market strategies.
  • Building relationships with key regional accounts to enhance brand visibility and meet sales objectives.
  • Collaborating with distribution partners to identify and secure new opportunities.
  • Implementing corporate initiatives with distributors to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Managing sales activities across the Southern United States, including designated states.
Qualifications Required:
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the foodservice industry, specifically with distribution and regional accounts.
  • Current residence in the Southern United States.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and possessing a strong work ethic with a commitment to integrity.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the company.
  • Participation in industry-related events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
