Position Summary

We are in search of enthusiastic, hospitality-oriented individuals who thrive in a diverse environment. As a **Dining Experience Host**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued. You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and with a friendly demeanor.
  • Present menus and escort guests to their tables or waiting areas.
  • Manage dining reservations through our designated software.
  • Maintain communication with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Engage with guests to confirm their satisfaction with food and service, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls as necessary.
  • Oversee cleanliness and proper setup of dining and service areas.
  • Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assist with food runner duties for takeout orders, including verifying IDs and presenting orders to guests.
  • Process payments when required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A warm and welcoming personality is essential.
  • Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three shifts per week.
  • A genuine love for engaging with people.
