As we prepare for the bustling BBQ season, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Front of House Associate. This position is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers warmly and professionally.
  • Process orders both in-person and via phone, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
  • Welcome guests at the entrance with a friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment, including regular sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing, with thorough cleaning each evening.
  • Compensation starts at $12.50 per hour, plus tips.
  • Flexible shifts available, including daytime and evening hours.
  • Part-time positions are offered.
  • Optional delivery of orders using a company vehicle (must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license).
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Proficient in using a POS system for order processing.
  • Experience with cash handling.
  • Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
  • Strong communication skills to assist customers with inquiries about our BBQ offerings.
  • Willingness to recommend meal options to enhance the customer experience.
