About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Capital Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of small to mid-sized construction projects for the university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project objectives, work scope, and construction management plans.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate timely and effective participation in the project.

  • Oversee project team members, consultants, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met.

  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to ensure conformance with available funds and work scope.

  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project delivery cycle to ensure project is delivered within client's cost expectations.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

  • 7 years of directly related education and project management experience with increasing leadership/management responsibility in construction and/or planning.

  • Working knowledge of conventional aspects of the field and other related disciplines/processes.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
