Key Responsibilities:- Support Ticket Management and Resolution: Intake, analyze, and accurately resolve tickets in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients: Respond to support ticket questions and/or resolution in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify trends: Analyze support tickets to identify trends and present suggestions for improvement.
- Technical Interactions: Engage with the live production environment, navigate complex architecture, and troubleshoot technical issues using SQL Server, Tableau, and other platforms/tools.
- Process Improvement: Standardize and update SOP's for common requests, identify opportunities for process improvement, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- 4+ years of experience in a data analyst role with heavy usage of SQL.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage time when juggling multiple concurrent priorities.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of quality of work.
- Demonstrate proficiency with technical tools/applications (SQL, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with Tableau, Mirth, MS-SSIS, MS-SSMS.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare industry.
- 100% Remote work - This role can be remote (home-based) within the US.
