Job Description:

Descope Inc. is seeking a seasoned and accomplished Enterprise Sales Executive to assist in building the company's commercial customer base in the North Central Region. This position provides high visibility and extraordinary financial rewards for focused individuals who thrive in an environment of change and have demonstrated a highly successful sales track record.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the North Central Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including CxO and senior sales business managers.
  • Partner with marketing, inside sales, and pre-sales support teams to coordinate all corporate and third-party resources to support the sales effort and provide customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including fortune accounts, and develop strategic sales plans to close seven-figure transactions.
  • Develop and maintain technical acumen to relate business value to customers and build strong partner relationships.
  • Exceed software sales quotas through strategic selling skills and proven track record of closing deals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct enterprise software executive sales experience in the North Central Region.
  • Familiarity with different products, processes, and eco-systems, with a preference for past experience in the CIAM space (Passwordless, Magic Links, MFA, and SSO).
  • Knowledge of the territory and its fortune accounts.
  • Proven track record of closing seven-figure transactions and exceeding software sales quotas.
  • Proven history of strategic selling skills, technical acumen, and ability to relate business value to customers.
  • Ability to build strong and continuous partner relationships, think and act on both a tactical and strategic level, and possess a high level of ethical behavior.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
