Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team at Monadnock Family Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medication management and administration in conjunction with our psychiatrist.
  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluate physical health needs.
  • Make referrals to community physicians as needed.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including psychosocial rehabilitation.
  • Provide support services to the ACT team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Master's, B.A., or associate degree in nursing (LNAs will be considered).
  • NH licensed as a registered nurse.
  • At least one year of experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting (preferred).
  • Strong commitment to the rights and abilities of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships and respect clients' rights and personal preferences.
  • Collaborative and respectful team player.
  • Valid driver's license in the state where the team operates.
