Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team at Monadnock Family Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medication management and administration in conjunction with our psychiatrist.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Assess and address physical health needs, making referrals to community physicians as necessary.
  • Deliver a range of treatments, including psychosocial rehabilitation, to support clients in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Collaborate with the ACT team to provide support services and optimize client care.
Requirements
  • Master's, B.A., or associate degree in nursing (LNAs will be considered).
  • Current NH licensure as a registered nurse.
  • At least one year of experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting (preferred).
  • Strong commitment to the rights and abilities of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness to live in normal community residences, work in market jobs, and access helpful, adequate, competent, and continuous supports and services.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships with clients and respect their rights and personal preferences in treatment.
  • Collaborative and respectful team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license in the state where the team operates.
