Monadnock Family Services is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide medication management and administration in conjunction with our psychiatrist.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluate physical health needs.
- Make referrals to community physicians as necessary and provide a range of treatments, including psychosocial rehabilitation.
- Support the ACT team and provide services to clients in a community-based setting.
- Master's, B.A., or associate degree in nursing (LNAs will be considered).
- NH licensed as a registered nurse.
- At least one year of experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting (preferred).
- Strong commitment to the rights and abilities of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Ability to establish trusting relationships and respect clients' rights and personal preferences.
- Collaborative and respectful team player with a valid driver's license in the state of operation.
