Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Monadnock Family Services. As a key member of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health care services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medication management and administration in conjunction with our psychiatrist.
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and evaluate physical health needs.
  • Make appropriate referrals to community physicians and provide a range of treatments, including psychosocial rehabilitation.
  • Support the ACT team and provide services to clients in a community-based setting.
Requirements
  • Master's, B.A., or associate degree in nursing (LNAs will be considered).
  • NH licensed as a registered nurse.
  • At least one year of work experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting (preferred).
  • Strong commitment to the rights and abilities of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships and respect clients' rights and personal preferences in treatment.
  • Collaborative and respectful team player with a valid driver's license in the state where the team operates.
