Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Center Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Retail organization, you will be responsible for the operational soundness of the branch and team, ensuring the maintenance of security procedures, audit controls, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service and operational aspects of a Branch & Business Center branch, building a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.
  • Influence a range of ecosystem partners in an omni-channel environment, managing, coaching, and executing a proactive client experience.
  • Foster a positive working environment that facilitates exceptional service and expanding profitable customer relationships, growing branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households.
  • Drive the employee engagement experience, responsible for acquiring and retaining talent through training, coaching, and development of employees, with a focus on bank protocol, operational processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for the Branch & Business Center risk process, exercising sound decision-making to identify and mitigate potential risk, managing operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk through adherence to established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience, with a focus on branch banking services, decision-making, and critical thinking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead a team.
  • Ability to work in an omni-channel environment, with a focus on customer experience and loyalty.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
