About the Position

The Client Relationship Manager III is a key role at United Business Bank, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients. This involves identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions using the bank's wide range of products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking and lending operations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to analyze loan requests, determine risk, and prepare necessary documents for approval.

The CRM III will also be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, representing the bank through community involvement, and growing loan and deposit relationships.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 8 years experience in financial services
  • Strong business development skills, including cross-selling and credit analysis
  • Excellent communication, math, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
