THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Regional Restaurant Launch Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and training involved in the opening of new restaurants across your region. Your role will include identifying and nurturing talent, as well as developing a robust team of NRO Leads and Training Coordinators. You will work closely with Executive Directors and Team Directors to ensure a top-notch training experience at each new restaurant launch.
HOW YOU'LL LEAD
- Lead a team of NRO Leads, providing training and development to effectively manage complex challenges while fostering trust and respect among key stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements, achieve objectives, and monitor key performance indicators for your team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Guarantee the highest training standards at all new restaurant openings.
- Offer coaching and development support based on individual training performance during field visits and one-on-one discussions with each NRO Lead.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure training is delivered according to the restaurant opening schedule.
- Support new company initiatives and operational priorities positively.
- Possess a deep understanding of all operational procedures.
- Gather insights on the successes, challenges, and opportunities from new restaurant openings to refine processes.
- Analyze quarterly and yearly training results related to operational priorities and KPIs to identify gaps and create training plans to address these opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Over 3 years of experience in Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations, Training, or a related field is required.
- Servsafe Manager certification.
- Certifications such as Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Project Management, or Instructional Design are advantageous.
- Proficiency in various technology systems, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and adaptability to new systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively, stand for extended periods in a restaurant environment, and communicate effectively in English.
