We are seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for our operations. This role will oversee, manage, and facilitate initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and products through Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma programs, including necessary systems and tools, to enhance quality and business processes.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of Lean and Six Sigma projects to achieve significant improvements in business processes.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to Green Belt professionals in the planning, development, and execution of Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Integrate Lean and Six Sigma methodologies into organizational practices to fulfill business goals and objectives.
