Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Assist users with data migrations and provide public folder management support
  • Maintain and develop IT related procedures to support our customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of IT experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work with others to resolve IT related issues
  • Knowledge of current Microsoft supported Windows operating systems
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time, twist, bend, and squat periodically.
