Job Summary

The Product Profitability Manager will work closely with the Chief Pricing Officer to develop and implement pricing strategies for Consumer and Commercial loans and deposits. This individual will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer needs, and internal business priorities to create a product profitability analysis framework for all Consumer and Commercial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business rules for the Precision Lender tool
  • Provide analytical and technical expertise to identify and develop cost-effective solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to gain consensus on business drivers and requirements
  • Write detailed business and functional requirements
  • Present research and recommendations to management
  • Identify solutions to complex problems and monitor implementation
  • Develop and execute training programs
  • Partner with the Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to identify and document business needs
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Data Science/Analytics
  • 15 years of experience in deposit and loan relationship-based pricing and balance sheet management
  • Demonstrated team and project leadership experience
  • Direct experience with Precision Lender or similar pricing model is preferred
Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in processes and priorities
