Position Overview

Radisson Panama City Beach is looking for a dedicated and skilled Facility Attendant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest accommodations and communal spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the movement of furniture and heavy items as needed.
  • Perform minor repairs in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Support housekeeping staff with various cleaning and maintenance duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and restroom sanitation.
  • Restock supplies such as towels and toiletries to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
  • Report maintenance concerns to the Housekeeping Manager promptly.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport heavy items.
  • Basic understanding of carpentry and plumbing is preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
