COLSA Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our directorates and divisions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process non-disclosure agreements for directorate personnel and assist in planning and organizing daily operations.
- Assist in performing a wide range of management activities, including working with functional managers, outside agencies, and contractor personnel.
- Support staff leadership, teams, and office personnel by developing and maintaining schedules and calendars.
- Assist in the planning, formulation, editing, development, publication, and storage of finished products, including program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, and presentations.
- Provide administrative support for management, financial, contracting, configuration, engineering, system integration, and logistics management activities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and ten (10) years of experience as an administrative worker, with five (5) years of DoD experience required.
- Working knowledge of desktop applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance at the required level and U.S. Citizenship required.
- Experience using Defense Travel System (DTS), Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS), Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS), Functional Area Records Management (FARM), Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS), and Senior Officer Communication and Coordination Electronic Resource (SOCCER).
Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
