Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to ensure company goals are being met
  • Notify transaction participants of approaching deadlines
  • Participate in employee development programs to enhance real estate administration skills
  • Ensure each transaction complies with legal requirements and tax withholdings are complete
  • Assist the real estate team in planning and executing local events to foster connections with the community

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
