Real Estate Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our team at Tami Holmes Realty. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to ensure company goals are being met
- Notify transaction participants of approaching deadlines
- Participate in employee development programs to enhance real estate administration skills
- Ensure each transaction complies with legal requirements and tax withholdings are complete
- Assist the real estate team in planning and executing local events to foster connections with the community
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
