Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the construction and design of cutting-edge retail real estate projects.
The successful candidate will possess a robust background in retail construction projects and demonstrate a self-motivated approach with a strong sense of urgency. This role requires the ability to take initiative and manage activities with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic advice during the project conception phase, outlining various approaches to meet the client's overarching goals.
- Develop detailed project plans and oversee project scheduling.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout all project phases.
- Manage financial aspects, ensuring timely client invoicing and monitoring project financial health.
- Lead and coordinate the cross-functional project team effectively.
- Implement performance management techniques to monitor project progress.
- Oversee the change control process to manage project modifications.
- Facilitate the flow of project information through regular meetings and written updates.
- Prepare formal reports on project budget status and progress.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards through rigorous quality control measures.
- Assist in drafting proposals for new projects or modifications to existing ones.
- Contribute to knowledge management by documenting key insights and lessons learned.
- Establish effective governance, processes, and systems for project execution.
- Conduct research on construction market conditions, including analysis of published data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to internal systems.
- Ensure awareness of quality, safety, health, and environmental considerations among team members.
- Support business development efforts with both existing and prospective clients.
- Proven track record of managing projects to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and team members.

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and work stream managers.

The salary range for this full-time position is $130K-$150K annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not encompass the total compensation package. Turner & Townsend reserves the right to adjust compensation based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
On-site presence may vary based on client requirements.
