Job Title: Contract Liaison

Swift Engineering, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Contract Liaison to join our team. As a Contract Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all customers, ensuring retention and growth for current and future business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, consistent with Swift's values, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide status updates on production progress and delivery schedules to customers.
  • Assist with resolving invoicing inquiries and coordinate on-site customer meetings.
  • Retrieve drawings, materials/process specifications, and other documents needed by the Engineering and Quality Assurance departments.
  • Prepare contract change notices, monitor program performance, and report status to all stakeholders.
  • Process RFQs, input and update RFQ information in SalesForce Log, and maintain detailed and organized files.
  • Prepare and maintain customer-defined status update requirements and retrieve customer documents through customer portals.
  • Support Business Development and Swift Operations in meetings to discuss project status, including disruptions and conflicts.
  • Submit customer deliverables and maintain internal company contractual records and databases.
Requirements:
  • 4-Year College degree preferred; 3-5 years of experience in contract management.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, with strong listening skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, excellent writing skills, and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines and effectively interact with a wide range of people.
  • US Person required for compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
Working Conditions:

Office environment, indoors, and air-conditioned. Occasional travel and periodic weekend or evening work expected.
