We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Liaison Coordinator to join our team at Impresiv Health. As a key member of our Provider Relations department, you will play a critical role in coordinating daily activities with our health plan partners.
Key Responsibilities- Primary Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for our health plan partners, providing timely and effective support to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
- Portal Management: Manage and maintain the Provider Portal user accounts, ensuring timely creation and updates as needed.
- Communication Coordination: Coordinate the development and dissemination of Provider Announcements, mailings, and other communications to ensure professionalism and consistency of messaging.
- Documentation and Tracking: Document interactions with providers in a timely fashion through case tracking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to contracted and non-contracted providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects and assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, AA Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: Three to five (3-5) years' experience working in healthcare, Managed Care preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with provider portals is preferred.
