As a Learning and Development Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our team members, ensuring they have the tools needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses tailored to various organizational levels.
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring an interactive and impactful learning experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make continuous improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, job aids, and multimedia resources.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training content.
  • Support initiatives focused on leadership development, including mentoring programs, leadership workshops, and career development planning.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on the progress and impact of training programs to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training design and delivery.
  • Proven experience in developing and facilitating training programs for various organizational levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
