Human Resource Learning and Development Specialist

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Human Resource Learning and Development Specialist to create and implement learning modules, videos, and materials. The ideal candidate will oversee the content for training models, conduct learning programs, and work with the IT team to integrate LMS systems. Key responsibilities include designing and creating LMS systems, developing engaging and effective learning materials, administering and maintaining the LMS, and generating and analyzing reports on user engagement and course completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and create learning modules, videos, and materials
