Coterra Energy Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in instructional design, training delivery, and project/program management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, evaluate, pilot, and deliver new learning programs and experiences
* Coordinate and facilitate existing training programs, including in-person classes, virtual experiences, and e-learning courses
* Maintain training materials, schedules, calendars, logistics, and participant records
* Create and maintain program materials, including job aids, quick reference guides, tools, resources, and presentation decks
* Assist with evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
* Partner with vendors to integrate tools and innovative platforms into existing programs and initiatives

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related area
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, 7 years preferred
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and previous instructional design experience
* Seasoned facilitator and platform presenter
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines

Working Conditions:

* Work is typically performed indoors in an office environment
* Incumbents must be able to perform work that includes typing, sitting, and standing
* Travel may be required for mandatory meetings or training
