Software Development Manager, Amazon Connect Flows

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Amazon Connect Flows team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and architecting new and existing systems, leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services, and partnering with product or program management teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and services
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers
- Partner with product management to collect requirements and describe software product features
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 3+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing teams of software engineers
