Software Development Manager, Amazon Connect Flows

About the RoleAs a Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based contact center solutions. You will work closely with product management and engineering leadership to define and deliver software products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based contact center solutions
- Collaborate with product management and engineering leadership to define and deliver software products
- Develop and implement software engineering best practices and standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Identify and prioritize technical initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years of team management experience
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex software projects
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in cloud-based contact center solutions and software engineering best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for innovation and customer satisfaction, with a drive to continuously improve and learn
At Amazon, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $166,400/year to $287,700/year, depending on location.
