Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our AWS Fargate team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for building and operating Serverless Containers solutions to help customers run containerized microservices on Amazon ECS and Amazon EKS.

Our team is responsible for defining the architecture and design of our software, and we are looking for someone who can help us grow and mentor others on the team. You will have the opportunity to lead and participate in interesting projects, collaborate with teams across AWS, and build features only possible at AWS scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable distributed services
  • Operate a public AWS service with globally distributed customers and servers
  • Use data to make decisions and validate assumptions
  • Learn from others and help grow those in your team
Requirements
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
