About the Role

Our client, a leading player in the broadcast media and entertainment sector, is seeking a Performance Designer to enhance their creative team.

Position Overview

This role involves a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office three days a week, with flexibility for remote work considered on an individual basis.

Contract Duration

This is an initial contract lasting four months, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of static and motion designers, writers, producers, and project managers to create impactful design systems and rapid creative solutions.
  • Utilize data and insights to inform design decisions, ensuring that each campaign is optimized for performance.
  • Engage in experimentation and testing to refine creative outputs and drive consumer engagement across various campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of five years of experience in performance media design or growth marketing, whether in-house or within an agency environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a strong background in social-first design, showcasing skills in typography, layout, motion design, and composition.
  • Deep understanding of testing methodologies, data analysis, target demographics, and best practices specific to social media.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and preferably C4D.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including brand creatives, marketing teams, and consumer insights.
  • Capability to adhere to brand guidelines while also adapting design elements as necessary, with clear justification for design choices.
