Job Overview

Tzumi Innovations is expanding and is in search of a skilled Creative Content Specialist with a strong background in technology and writing. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in crafting content for pet supplies and electronic products, demonstrating the ability to articulate both creative and technical aspects effectively.

This position requires full-time on-site engagement. A portfolio showcasing previous work is essential.

Interested candidates should submit a resume along with a selection of three to five writing samples that best represent their skills across various writing forms. These samples can be submitted as attachments or links, with a preference for promotional copy.

This role combines elements of both copywriting and technical writing. Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating Product Manuals and Documentation
  • Developing Product Listings
  • Writing Product Web Copy
  • Generating Content for Social Media and Promotional Materials
  • Conducting Copy Editing
  • Performing Proofreading Tasks

Additional Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or equivalent experience in professional copywriting and editing.
  • Comfort with electronic products and the ability to explain their functionalities in an accessible manner.
  • Skill in simplifying complex concepts into clear, understandable language.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging original content and updating existing materials with relevant information.
  • A proactive individual who excels in prioritizing tasks, organizing projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptability and quick learning ability, thriving in dynamic environments with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with polished and professional email correspondence.
  • Experience in proofreading materials to ensure compliance with internal standards and updating those guidelines as necessary.
