Logistics and Inventory Control Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at Samuel, Son & Company, Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse operators, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and process orders for shipment, verifying that all items are correctly staged and ready for pickup.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all products meet quality standards.
- Team Management: Provide guidance and support to warehouse operators, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in inventory management software.
