About the Role
In this position, you will play a crucial role in the effective and accurate handling of inventory between the logistics department's storage area and the production line. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of inventory management systems, be proficient in Excel, and demonstrate a dedication to maintaining precision and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the transfer of materials from the storage area to the production line as directed by management.
  • Keep and update precise inventory records to ensure real-time monitoring of materials.
  • Process order information and communicate it accurately to third-party vendor personnel.
  • Conduct high-volume data entry related to inventory oversight.
  • Effectively communicate with team members and management, showcasing both verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Assist in sustaining inventory control systems and warehouse operations to guarantee the accuracy of information.
  • Review and implement inventory activities, including movements and deletions, to maintain current records.
  • Promptly report any stock discrepancies to management and place product orders as required.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to uphold operational integrity.
  • Engage in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Familiarity with technical skills related to inventory management and control best practices.
  • Self-motivated to complete tasks with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights, as necessary.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in inventory management is advantageous.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds without restrictions.
