Sales Development Manager

We are expanding throughout the U.S. and seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial spirited, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport and provide a superior customer experience with prospective customers.
- Review homeowners' electrical usage and advise clients on energy-saving solar products.
- Convert high-quality sales leads and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
- Frequent travel within your territory is required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A proven track record of sales, preferably in solar or as a business owner.
- Ability to manage sales/leads pipeline effectively.
- You must be able to obtain a HIS license from the CSLB.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
About the Role:
This full-time position comes with an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
